This page explains what happens to your data when you use findmylimitingbelief.com. The short version: almost nothing happens, because we don't collect much.
What we don't collect
We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal contact information. We do not have user accounts, and there is nothing to sign up for. You can take the quiz and receive your results without identifying yourself in any way.
We do not collect, store, or process your quiz responses on any server. Your answers are used only to generate your results in real time, in your own browser, and are discarded when you leave the site unless you choose to save them (see below).
We do not sell, share, or transfer any data to third parties for marketing purposes.
What may be stored on your device
If you complete the first quiz, your Primary and Secondary belief results may be temporarily stored in your browser's local storage for up to 30 days so you can return later and explore the behavioral quiz for your other belief without retaking Part 1. This information stays on your device. We do not have access to it. You can clear it at any time by using the "start fresh" option shown when you return, or by clearing your browser's local storage.
Your browser may also receive standard cookies necessary for the site to function. These are not used for tracking, advertising, or profiling.
Basic website analytics
We may use standard, privacy-respecting website analytics to understand aggregate patterns — how many people visit the site, which pages they read, which country they're browsing from at the regional level. This data is anonymous, not linked to any individual, and used only to improve the site. We do not use tools that build individual user profiles or track your activity across other websites.
Hosting
This site is hosted on Netlify. Netlify may collect standard server logs (IP addresses, request timestamps, browser type) as part of delivering the site, in line with their own privacy practices. These logs are not accessed or used by us beyond what is necessary to keep the site running.
External links
This site contains links to external resources, including harmonic-linguistics.com and other pages. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of external sites. When you follow an external link, you are subject to that site's own policies.
Your rights
Because we do not collect personal information, there is generally nothing for us to correct, export, or delete. If you have a specific question about your data, you can contact us at Harmoniclinguistics@gmail.com.
